COMPANY INFORMATION & POLICY
AllFlavoredCigars.com is a TBS Cigars.com company. We are fully licensed in the State of Pennsylvania and ship nationwide to every US address, including Alaska and Hawaii.

As with all our websites, we make every effort to properly list correct the descriptions and sizes for the products on this site. However, there is always a chance of human error.  We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. This policy is effective for all of our affiliated sites (CigarSampler.com, WackoTobacco.com, AllFlavoredCigars.com, HugeCigars.com and all other TBS sites)

Basically, if you see a box of Montecristo cigars for $5, common sense will tell you we have a typo on the site.  We surely could not sell them for that price, however we will sell you a box of cigars at a reduced price to make up for the inconvenience, and as a reward to letting us know about the pricing error.

If you have a question about an item listed, please contact us prior to ordering.  We want you to be happy with the order!

SHIPPING
Currently, our shipping charges are based on the total order value as follows:

Orders $0.00 up to $99.99, $8.00 Shipping/Handling
Orders $100 up to $199.99, $9.00 Shipping/Handling
Orders $200 and up, $10.00 Shipping/Handling

We prefer to ship your cigars by Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 days to arrive at most US locations.  Express mail is available on a case by case basis and at an additional charge depending on weight and shipping address.  Large volume orders may be shipped by UPS 2nd day depending on the weight and size of the package.

Most items ship within 24 hours of your order, only to US addresses.  However, during busy times of the year, we may require an additional day. We take orders on Saturday and Sunday, however orders are not processed until Monday.

BACKORDERS
The tobacco industry is always subject to high demands or “booms” for particular products depending on manufacturer advertising campains, magazine reviews, and even seasonal demands. For this reason, backorders can happen.

If an item is backordered, or is no longer available (ie. limited reserves & specials), we will contact you concerning a full instant refund back to your PayPal Account, or you may choose to wait for the order, or select a different item based on your “credit”... Whichever makes you, the customer, happy!

ONLINE TRANSACTION SAFETY & AGE VERIFICATION
All purchasers must be 18 years of age or older for tobacco containing products. All transactions are electronic (PayPal) with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or other Electronic Checking Debit. This verifies your age since you must be at least 18 years of age to have an account.

All transactions are through PayPal.com, one of the largest online money exchange services that provides secure online transactions with insurance protection for your accounts.

If you wish to send payment by mail, we do accept money orders if you enclose a copy of your state photo ID.  Tobacco products will only be shipped to the address and name listed on the ID. If you don’t enclose proper identification, the money order will be destroyed. No exceptions!

We are a firm believer that children should not smoke and tobacco products should not be available to them. By placing your order, you are certifying that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products. Attempts by minors to purchase tobacco products will be forwarded to the proper authorities.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Items that are personalized cannot be returned since they were designed exclusively to your event or special occasion. If we made a mistake in the personalization process (ie. the label used in the order is not what you proofed), we will refund the money for the personalization portion of the order without question.  However, we never process your order until you “ok” the proof label by email. This eliminates any mistakes in the order.

RETURNS
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Cigars are a perishable item and we take every precaution to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition.  Your order is sealed at the manufacturer PLUS we also inspect and place an additional air-tight seal on every single box.   Single sticks are vacuum packed and sealed once again.  Nobody else in the cigar industry has the standards we have for packaging and shipping.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt....basically by the end of the next business day if a weekend or holiday is involved.   We cannot be responsible for the cigars once they have been in your care for a period of time because they are perishable.  Improper storage or handling by the end consumer can damage a cigar in a matter of days, of which is not our fault.   If you have a humidor, make sure that it is properly maintained BEFORE you put you new cigars inside. A dry humidor will dry out your cigars in a matter of a few days.

If there is a problem with your order, please
email us or call us at 724-657-0512 so that we may further assist.  If we made a mistake in filling your order, we will take of the problem 100%.   If you are just returning cigars because you didn’t like a particular flavor or other personal reason which is not our fault, then the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refunded.   All returns MUST be pre-approved and have a shipping return number on the outside of the box. If you ship a package back without authorization, it will not be considered a valid product return. Contact us first so we can further assist.

NSF Checks / Credit Card Chargebacks
With the growing number of bad checks and stolen credit cards floating around the world today, we are forced to implement a strict policy on accounts that remain unpaid.  Should you write us a bad check, or cancel the credit card transaction after your order is fulfilled, we will apply a $25 fee to the balance owed for your order and send you a bill.  If the bill is left unpaid for more than 15 days, we will forward the account to a collection agency.  Unpaid NSF checks are also considered a felony in most states, of which you could also face criminal charges.   Any costs associated in the collection of the unpaid bill will be added to your balance owed.    “Fake” checks will immediately be forwarded to the FBI for investigation, as we check all checks prior to processing orders.
